ML Super Resolution not upscaled 3x when a side >3333px

If any side is larger than 3,333 pixels, the result should be larger than 10,000 pixels after using ML Super Resolution. However since recent updates, the feature upscales 2 times only, or sometimes even 1.5 times only when the original side is even larger. Even if it is not a bug, Pixelmator Pro should not determine whether it should be downscaled later or not for users.
