When shooting RAW + JPG allow to edit one or there other

This has been requested left and right in the past but this is still lacking. We need a way to right-click a photo and choose if we want to edit the JPEG or choose to edit the RAW in the RAW+JPG pair. The current global setting does not cut it. People shooting RAW+JPG do it for a reason. Usually it is that they judge if the JPEG is good enough, and if yes might tweak it a bit. If the JPEG is not enough, for example if dark shadows must be recovered, then they with to the RAW file to make that edit since RAW allows such editing. So a global setting is not useful, makes no sense to go change that every time. Simply give "Edit JPEG" and "Edit RAW" concurrently (both visible at the same time) and the user will pick the file format to edit that way.
