Features Broken in Photomator 3.2.2 in iPadOS 17.1.1

My iPad Pro was automatically updated to version 3.2.2 last night, and now the Repair tool no longer works (I can highlight the areas for repair with my Apple Pencil, but nothing is repaired) and the ML tool just shows blinking "working" dots when clicked and Photomator freezes. I tried turning off the HDR feature (I am using a 1st generation iPad Pro which evidently does not support HDR anyway because of the 1st generation screen dynamic range), but this did not change any of the affected tools. There may be other things broken, but I haven't tried. Since I was working on the same scanned negative a few days ago with 3.2.1 (and have deadline to complete the work), I suspect that some bugs have been introduced in the latest update. Anyone else seeing these issues? I have submitted a problem report to Pixelmator Support.

Nevermind. After examining the file structures of the two imaging I was trying to process, I found a corruption of the header information.

After correcting that, the files process okay in Photomator.
