Is there a way to disable tone mapping in ProRAW files?

Apple's ProRAW files are processed using their own computational photography techniques, and users generally have limited control over certain aspects of the image processing.

Please please please give us the option to dial back the local tone mapping of ProRAW files as well as sharpness and noise reduction of RAW files in general. It’s the only thing that keeps me from ditching LR over your apps.
