Okay, I know about ⌥ Edit/Shrink/Grow whatever you call it, but they might not be my concentric circles - could be anything.

I'm creating concentric circles. Creating the first one, duplicating and resizing it as needed. To center the circles I have to select both layers and do an alignment for vertical center and then repeat alignment for a horizontal center. It would be much easier if that could be done in a single action. Maybe...
