New specified dimension tab #2 opens in tab #1 dimensions.

I had a square multi layer design open in one tab. I specified a new design in the same window in a 11 x 8.5 format from the document picker, but it opened the new tab with square of tab #1 dimensions.

I´m not able to recreate this behaviour.
