blur and multiple image layers

Two things I thought would be useful now we have layers:

1) a Blur function. As we can now select subject, background and sky separately, a user configurable blur would be nice so we can fake fast lenses when we've just taken a nice pic with a smartphone..

2) the ability to add extra image layers would be a nice upgrade.. it would allow us to do stuff like sky replacements...
