I upgraded to Pixelmator pro from an earlier version and the selection "duplicate" shortcut (command-option) is no longer functioning.
When holding command-option the cursor turned into a double triangle to indicate the selection could be duplicated and dragged...
Did this change w/ the pro version?
selection command-option duplicate gone?

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes, I do see that as a menu option, however the original behavior of command-option no longer functions as it did in earlier versions. Is this feature gone entirely, can it be (re)enabled/configured, etc?
This move-copy-active-selection workflow is also a standard feature of photoshop, OmniGraffle, and I suspect other drawing/editing programs. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-eleme ... tions.html

From my experience it´s just holding "alt"-key down while dragging with the Arrange Tool (V):

Thank you very much Ellen... It's been some time and I forgot you need to drop into "select" mode before cut-copy-move w/ the ALT modifier. I also got this confused with another drawing program w/ a different flow. THANKS!
