Pixels when enlarging text and shapes! Pixelmator Pro

Why do pixels appear when I enlarge text or shapes? This is inconvenient when I am working with a small canvas. For example, in any other vector editor, the lines are always clear. I can scale text up to 400,000%. In Pixelmatore, already at 30% magnification, everything is already in pixels. How to work with this?

Pixelmator Pro displays the actually pixel resolution as a bitmap and not a vector editor. By 400% do you mean Zoom or Scaling? Scaling A Text--object should stay sharp unless it gets converted into raster graphics.

I need to do Mac app Icon 64, How can I make the text in the icon? I zoom the canvas 64x64 and insert the text how to work?

You see what you get. I´m afraid but if you need a vector view Pixelmator Pro is probably not the tool in this case.
Here´s a screenshot of Affinity Designer where you can choose if you want to see vector or the actually pixels of the end result:

As an Icon forger with more than 3 decades experience I can just add that just pixels will count in the end - no matter how beautifully the vector version looks.

Agreed - hopefully I´m not missing something as I´m quite new to Pixelmator Pro and still discover new things every day.
Text in a 64x64px icon is a challenging task.
