I am editing iPhone 13 ProRaw photos by selecting them from Photos and then editing them with the Pixelmator Pro extension.
When I go to Color Adjustments, below the histogram, the Focal Length information is incorrect. E.g., a. photo taken with the back triple camera at 26mm shows up as 5.7mm
Focal Length Metadata information of iPhone 13 RAW files is wrong

Hi Manuel. If that's possible, perhaps you could share some sample RAWs from your iPhone at support@pixelmator.com? It'd be interesting to test them on our end. And could you check if the Focal Length information in the Photos app is any different?

Hi Aurelija, I checked in Photos and the information is correct (26mm vs 5.7mm reported by Pixelmator). I will send you a sample

BTW, I have the same problem with RAW files from a SONY DSC-RX100. Pixelmator report 16.9mm but the value is 46mm

Thanks, we've received the file! In my initial testing, I've found that the Focal Length info is the same in Preview as it is in Pixelmator Pro — 5.7mm. Only in Photos, it's displayed as 22mm. Not quite sure what this suggests yet but we'll do our best to take a closer look at the file next week and I'll get back to you with our findings!

The reason is simple: in one case (Preview) the real focal length is displayed, and in the other the full-frame equivalent is shown (Photos).
