Arrange tool - please make it remember my settings :)

I often distort elements using the arrange tool and I would LOVE it if when I turn off Constrain Proportions it stays off!

Also, dump the video editing and give me HDR & Panoramas.

Make a video app - I know you can just knock one up in a weekend
