Pixelmator Pro save damages PNG

Saving PXD photo montage as PNG damages montage. PXD places 800px x 800px photos in montage with 5x5 photos image size 40000x40000px. When export PXD to PNG then that PNG export places empty space and shadows around most photos in montage.
