ADD OPTION to open Photomator Files Library to User Selected

Every time Photomator opens in File Library mode it loads all files. This takes a long time and is not useful to me.

REQUEST

Add option t allow user to select what File folder Photomator will select next time the app is launched.

This could be a specific folder or last open, with the option determined by user.
