Creating set points in curves tool

On Mac this is pretty easy, but nearly impossible on iOS and iPad:

Set anchor points on the curve without changing the curve upon tapping on the screen. It's so easy to accidentally alter the curve just when setting an anchor point. Would be nice if when adding a point, it defaulted to just setting the point along the existing curve without changing the value until you drag it.

Given how tough it is to edit curves with your finger on a tiny screen, perhaps the option to set fixed points on iOS (maybe even iPad) would be helpful? I like having the full range, but sometimes less is more.

I know I've harped on about Darkroom, but while I find their curves too limited in desktop, they are much easier to work with on mobile.
