How to make a progressive contour arroud a picture or mask ?

I have a first photo layer in my sidebar (I am a PHOTOSHOP tutorial that asks me for several work operations

How to make a brightness and contrast layer (which will make a first modification) first

In step 2 this tutorial asks to make a hue and saturation adjustment layer, how do I see my photo grouping the two previous steps

How to reproduce the following PHOTOSHOP command CMD+I

Pixelmator Pro doesn't offer adjustments layers as it applies changes to layers mostly nondestructively. So, the workflow would have to be adjusted accordingly. We'll see if we can create a dedicated tutorial on creating neons in the future!
