How to select pixels in a layer

Hello,

I’m trying to select pixels in a layer that has pixels and empty areas. In Photoshop I’m able to select a group of pixels floating in the layer by lassoing around the group (with marquee tool) and then nudging the selection with the move tool. Photoshop will perfectly select the floating pixels and omit the empty space. How do I do this in Pixelmator Pro?

Hi Stan. If you need to select all non-transparent pixels in a layer, try choosing Edit > Load Selection. Let me know if that helps!
