Strange since both apps use Apple Raw engine.

Only thing I can think of is the values of the sliders are different in both programs? Does the raw file look the same in both programs BEFORE any adjustments applied?

the sliders look the same but the histograms definitely look different.

I meant the amount of change they make, ie 1% in one might be 5 points worth but 1% in the other might be say 10 points
