Hi Patrick! First of all, apologies, we currently provide support in English only. As for the effect – if you're looking to do exactly the same as in the image you've provided, you'd need to:

1. If you have more than one layer, make sure that, in the Layers sidebar, you've selected the image you'd like to use for the effect
2. Press the V key to choose the Arrange tool
3. Press Command-J to duplicate this layer
4. Drag the bottom left resize handle to resize the layer and make it smaller
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 as many times as you'd like to "mirror" the layer
