In Photoshop you can view the mask as a black and white image. As far as I can tell the only way to see the mask in PP is the tiny thumbnail in the Layer Pallet.
Is there a way to view the Mask directly? Here is an example from Photoshop to demonstrate what I am looking for...
How do I View an Image Mask?

Hi Lysander, there's a workaround for this right now:
1) Create an empty new layer and make sure to select it (Shift-Command-N)
2) Command-click the mask's thumbnail to load the mask as a selection
3) Press the Command-Backspace keyboard shortcut to fill the selection with your background color (feel free to customize it before doing this step)
I'd agree that it would be nice to have a quick way of doing this – I think it might be on our roadmap somewhere and, if it's not, I'll make sure to share your feedback about this with the team!
