Is there any update to the issue that I and others have posed about since 2020, where Pixelmator Pro creates wrong folder names inside iCloud Drive? Sometimes it creates "Pixlemator Pro." Sometimes it creates "Pixelmator" and other times it creates "Photomator," even if one doesn't have Photomator installed on a Mac or any iOS devices. Sometimes the folders are "iCloud Drive" style folders with an icon on them and other times they're a regular folder without any icon and no different than if someone created their own folder.
After the update today, the app kept trying to save files to a "Photomator" folder. I don't have Photomator installed, but I let it save them there to see if it would work, but no Photomator folder was never created, and I couldn't find the files anywhere on my disk. I ended up saving them to the Downloads directory for fear of losing them completely.
The workarounds that used to fix it - doing things like disabling then re-enabling iCloud Drive - no longer work.
