Can someone recommend good export settings (social media and web) when using Photomator?

Hello everyone! I need to export photos for our website (made with Wordpress) and ideally I'd like them to be as lighter as possible, but without loosing quality. I would be using these images for Instagram as well so if the same settings can work, great! Any recommendation would be appreciated. Thank you!
