It's been a while after I updated P.Pro, now having reopened my working file I notice that Effects I'd been using have been FLATTENED on all layers. Is there a way to fix this? I need those them finish my work, and it was a custom built.

I'd rather stick to reposting an issue in a different category where I might get an answer, instead of staring at a thread with no answers. Your reply in the thread in general category wasn't helpful. Thank you for the suggestion though.
