You have to set language and region from the system settings "View" in the top menu. (Oddly I could only get to that menu item from the "Help" menu searching for language; but later I was able to see it in the "View" menu.) Then I guess you would have yo set your region to Asia and go down the Menu to Russia. (I don't need to do that)
