Tool to remove sun glare lines in photo

I have a handful of photos that I took on my iPhone that have some type of sun glare lines in them, what would you recommend for the best way to remove? These are like curved distinct lines in the photo. For the circle sun glares, I have just used the repair tool which is fine but because the lines go across multiple colors the repair tool struggles.
