Can I extract stills from a video?

I found a .mov video file that was essentially a slide show. Is there any way I can extract the photos from the video? I am able to import the file into Pix Pro and pause on a photo, but when I try to export it to a .jpg I just get a black frame. Thanks!

Easy.

Select Video Layer.
Select Arrange Tool
Click Edit Video
Move to section of video you want to export as image.
Click Share
Select format to export, jpeg or png
