When I enlarge image and want to move horizontal the scroll bar disappears. I can use the mouse to scroll up and down but not sideways. The only way to get the bar to show is to increase or decrease the width of the entire window.
Am I missing something?

My scroll bars are on all the time when I am zoomed in to make the image larger.
If you have a magic mouse it is REALLY easy to use one finger to move the enlarged image in any direction.
If you don't have a magic mouse it is easy to to use 'H' to open the hand tool and drag the image in any direction.

I know I can move the image but do not want to do that but it looks like I have to.
Would be easier if the scroll bar stayed no matter how much you changed the window.

Did you see the above System settings? And Hey; you have to grab the scroll bar with your mouse to move. How hard is that? Its not.
