Does PP have a way of making blurry photos clear?
If so, please explain. If not, please add this functionality.

There are 2 effects which can help with this: "Sharpen" and "Sharpen Luminance" from the Effects panel.

Pretty sure you're asking for a deconvolution feature, which is not available. 'Sharpen' will not fix a blurry image.

I take pictures on the game and it's often blurry but I don't know how to focus, anyone who knows how, please guide me
