Hi!
After installing my new macbook I find I have two folders for the pixelmator app. One with documents + extension pxd and the other with extension pxm. I figured out the PXD is the new one, but how about those I have in the old format, would I need to open the one by one in Pixelmator Pro app to bring them up to date? Or is there an easier way to convert all of them?
Thanks.

Hi! You can simply keep the PXM documents as they won't "expire". When you need to edit them, you can open them in Pixelmator Pro and then your edits will be saved as PXD files.

Thank you Samantha, so basically I could move all of them to the same folder, right?
So how about Pixelmator for iOS, will my iPhone app be able to handle both formats?
Thanks.

Yes, Pixelmator for iOS supports both PXD and PXM files.
