Another SVG export problem with missing outside Stroke

I was exporting to SVG format and hit a strange bug where just the Stroke outline of the inside of letter 'O' was missing. Sounds very strange, but I've included the screen shots below to show what I mean. The source PXD file has 2 layers. The top layer has no stroke, the bottom layer has an "Stroke - Outside - 10px". I don't know how to include the source PXD file so I'll send that via your support email.

Then take a look at the exported SVG file with missing the inner outline. It's also strange that the color is a gradient to brown on the outer stroke. See the image below...

Something happened on the inner side as you can see some faint anti-aliasing on the inner edge. Still a big fan of Pixelmator Pro - but hopefully SVG is will get some bug fixes soon. This was hit on Version 3.2.3 (Lumière).
