When opening Photos -> Edit with -> Pixelmator Pro toolbar is reset and cannot import

Toolbar ordering is changed and I can't import adjustment layers (clicking it has no effect).

I just got the same problem today!
All my toolbar and layout settings are gone if i open with photos extension,..
furthermore all the presets from adjustments and effects are gone there too
.. if i open pixelmator pro normally i got everything as it should be
