Being able to disable the BEEP when wrong action is down

Please, offer an option to disable the beep. It's possible, Terminal.app offers an option. Please, Pixelmator.

Hi, when I'm clicking somewhere and I just the wrong tool (because used to Photoshop). Sometimes if I double click, I have twice **loud** beep. Very frustrating.

Thanks, but It seems to already be disabled. And It bothers me only in Pixelmator. Other apps can because It is usually not frequent at all.

No - I mean to enable it to change the alert sound to a monitor blinking - not sure if that is any better. Honestly I didn´t experienced any alerts in Pixelmator Pro so far (M1/BigSur) and I´m constantly on ear-phones while on Mac.
Can you check if Pixelmator Pro is listed in Notifications for Alerts.

@EllenM neither Pixelmator Pro or Pixelmator classic is in my Notifications. (M1/Max Ventura) Any idea why?
(Ventura system settings is very visually different.)
