3. Select all Shapes.
4. Change Stroke px size.
5. All Shapes will change to a single color.

Hi there, apologies for the late reply! This is expected behavior at the moment. Pixelmator Pro presently applies the same settings to all shapes in a selected group. Shadows/fills/strokes are taken from the top layer. In a recent update, we unified all of the settings, whereas previously only fills/strokes/etc. would be updated. We do plan to implement further improvements to this area in the future.

Please let us change a single attribute of all selected shapes. I have a project with 100 shapes, all different colours and it will take hours to change the stroke for each one of them
