Many of the fonts are generic, and I am forced to scroll through them every time I want to select a font. I downloaded Typeface 3, but I can't turn off some of the system fonts due to them being locked/protected.
Would be great if there were a way to hide specific sets of fonts, such as Google fonts and system fonts.

Hey there. Perhaps using the fonts browser would help in cases like these? You can open it by choosing Format > Font > Show Fonts from the Format menu at the top of your screen. In the fonts browser you'll find all the font collections you create in Font Book on your Mac.
