Photos that are sharp in camera roll go fuzzy when I import them into Pixelmator to edit.
Is this a known issue?
It takes me a week to try to artificially (& always unsatisfactorily) draw back in the sharpness to a photo that was already sharp in my camera roll.
This can’t be right?

Hi there, is there any chance those photos are in RAW format with an embedded JPEG preview? If so, it sounds like the embedded preview is being opened rather than the RAW, which would potentially be a bug. Could you drop us a line about this at [email protected] with a few screenshots demonstrating the issue, if possible?
