What kind of speech bubble shapes are you looking for? I think the easiest way would be to create your own using speech bubble images from the web. You'd need to remove the background (if there is any), load the layer as a selection, and convert the selection into a shape. Once you know how it's done, the process takes about 10 seconds. If you could share any speech bubble shapes here, I could walk you through the steps.
