When I click on the support link within the app it only opens an empty Google tab. It doesn't actually take me to a support desk/website...whatever. Suggestions??

How can you stop things from snapping to grid. At least that's what appears to be happening. I try to barely resize something and it pops bigger than I want vs. allowing me to control. Thanks much!

The support button should take you here — which Pixelmator app are you using, by the way?
If you'd like to temporarily disable the various smart guides, you can hold down the Command key after starting to resize/move an object.
