Changing the Keyboard Shortcuts - HOW?

I read the tips and tricks on changing the Keyboard shortcuts for pixelmator. But how do you change the shortcut for "Color Balance" and "Hue/Saturation" when they are not in the menus?

As they aren't in the menus, those shortcuts can't be changed. However, Color Balance and Hue/Saturation already have shortcuts — Command-B and Command-U, so one option would be to use them. 😉
