I think I've crawled the entire Pro interface and I have not found dodge and burn. Did I miss something?

Burning and Dodgin tools are named Lighten and Darken in Pixelmator Pro. You'll find them both amongst the tools.

This seems to need it to convert from RAW. I don't recall Aperture needing to do that, but that's the only other RAW app I've used.
