iOS on iPhone 7 Plus 11.2.1 not working on simple jpg or even png

Good morning.
the app is not working with simple jpg small file or png of 30mb.
take minutes to load a single jpg to your app and then crash.
also for png .
also before update to iOS on iPhone 7 Plus 11.2.1

i already try to reinstall as well

black screen and or when tap the photo inside your app nothing happen and i need to close and reopen to try to make it work
and just a single photo
so if i reopen i tap the edit button it allow me to delete the single jpg i have uploaded into your app.
anyway unable to open and edit the screenshot file from my iPhone.
please help

My Pixelmator works well with iPad mini 4+iOS 11.2.1,so I have no idea why. Maby try to shutdown and open it again.

I'm afraid I'm victim of scam when app maker leave important support in hands of other non-pro members and just let you download app after accepting a non-refund policy. Even for just few dollas is anyway a scam. bye
