Does the iPad app allow you to apply masks to layers?

DanThePhotoMan, no, unfortunately masks are not available in Pixelmator for iPad right now. But it's a great idea, I'm adding it to the feature req list!

I never realised how often i make use of layer maks until i started to do some more frequent editing on the iPad (and found out it isn't there). Would be open a lot of possibilities if they're added to the iPad version of Pixelmator.

Please add masks. That would make the iPad version complete for me. I use masks on most of my compositions. This had limited my use of Pixelmator.

Not having masks on iOS basically put an end to the ability to use it for more than touching up some holiday photos.

What I do on the Mac I cannot work with on the iPadPro.

The mask is really needed.

I was just about to buy the app when I realized it doesn't have layer masks for iOS. IMO it's a must have for a serious editing app.

I will certainly choose it when this is available. I am just looking for a PS replacement to work with my iPad Pro and pencil.

Still can't find the solution and I believe this is the case for most designers and photographers too.

Made an account merely to comment here. Pixelmator for iOS needs masks added asap. For $4.99 an image editing app without this feature is ridiculous. I am not pleased at all.

This really is a crucial feature. I hope the devs realize this and are working towards an update.

Totally agree with all the previous posters: where is the mask feature in the iOS version? Please add this feature.
