Hi, I am looking into replacing Apple Photos with Photomator.
Let's say you have some photos (RAW) which have already been edited in Apple Photos. A metadata tag will appear on the photo in Photomator to let you know that the photo has already been edited. From what I understand, if I now edit this photo in Photomator, I am actually editing a JPEG version that Apple Photos has stored, thereby degrading quality. In this case, I would like to be able to revert the photo back to the true original (RAW), so that I can edit the photo in Photomator and not have any degraded quality. Is there a way to do this from Photomator? Right now it seems like the solution would be to "Revert to Original" in Apple Photos, which is quite cumbersome whenever you'd like to re-edit any past photo that has in some way been touched in Apple Photos before

... And just as I posted this I found a menu item in Photomator -> Image -> Revert to Original. It seems as this command actually does what I desire?
Can anyone confirm that by using this command, all prior edits to the photo is cleared and you can start anew with editing from the original RAW?
