I’m trying to customize the P-Pro Tool Bar (TB). I know how to get to “Customize Tools”….but many of the tools I use are buried 5 drop downs and 8 effects down. Eg. I regularly use Add Noise but in the ‘available’ customization of the TB ; there seems to be no way to Drag FORMAT to the TB. And the “Noise”effect is under:

Format/Effects/Stylize/Noise -(2nd from bottom (12)

How do you even get the “Effects”Menu to the top? Just like adding Pinch etc to the TB is there no way to pull an effect from that far down. I’m old’n slow…So I hope I’m Missing something very obvious. Love the apps…Thanks in advance.
