Skew/Distort/Perspective on video layers

Full transform controls on video layers would be greatly appreciated.

I understand that asking too much freedom on video layers, controls, keyframes, etc makes the app go into After Effects / Motion / Fusion territory.

But just the transform would allow for angled phone and screen mockups, and could help me ditch Photoshop altogether.
