In Pixelmator classic we were able to use any brush with the lighten and darken tools, now we have no choice. I would really like to see this function brought back. On a side note, in Pixelmator classic the lighten and darken tools lightened and darkened the colors. Now the tools just make the pixels a version of black or white over the colors.
