I tried to create a simple Shortcuts for automating the export of my edited photos that are stored outside of the Photo library.
But there doesn't seem to be a way to get the edits done to the photos as part of the export with the Convert Image command in Shortcuts.
It seems to behave the same as if the photo was selected inside Photomators File browser and Exported from there.
Does anyone know if there is a way to solve this if working with the photos in Files instead of having them inside of the Photo library?

Photomator has its own automation and they are called workflows. Try working within that framework maybe you will find a solution. I don’t think the Mac Shortcuts are integrated. But maybe a workflow can be called using a shortcut.

They do have the shortcuts even the same functions as whats available from within worksflows, But from Shortcuts it never uses the edit version.
For now I will have to use the workflows, but I'm trying to optimize the export as much as possible.
My goal is to 1 click import everything to a project folder that I can name and do my edits, once done I want to have 1 click to backup my raw files to my NAS and export the edited photos to keep in within Photos using the project name as the album name.

I am not sure Photomator provides any official support for Apple Shortcuts.
