When I Select retouch for a layer, select option like “Soften” when I try to soften it - it enlarges the image layer?
Then if I retouch over the enlarged image, nothing happens.
If I guess the correct positioning of the layer and retouch over where it should be, it applies, how do I prevent this enlargement of photo/ layer glitch when retouching.
