Quicker way to add guides and switch guides on and off

I add guides A LOT, and it's become extremely annoying going into the view menu 3 times for every single addition.

Please allow me to maybe pin a button to the top toolbar? I don't like using smart guides, I want to add precise measurement-based guides, but it is incredibly cumbersome.

I also am kind of shocked that there still isn't an option to just hide/unhide guides or turn them on or off. That would be nice.

I would suggest one of two things...

1. Hold COMMAND when dragging around to disable all guides

or

2. You could create a keyboard shortcut
