As any professional app, PP is used very differently by different people. I am probably a minority - I use it mainly for digital painting. Point is, different users have different actions that they repeat regularly.
One common solution for faster access to app's actions is keyboard shortcuts.
Right now, PP kinda loses to Photoshop and Figma on this aspect. Sure, I can use MacOS' system settings to assign any shortcut to any menu item (And I use it!). If I am persistent, I can write AppleScripts for actions I want, and assign shortcuts to them (again outside of PP).
Problem is: only some actions are accesible through shortcuts.
For example, I really want to be able to assign a shortcut to toggle "auto-select" checkbox in Arrange tool - because I have to find and click it 3-5 times a minute.
But I understand that other people have other actions.
=== SOLUTION ===
Add an interface that allows shortcuts for as many commands as possible - including menu items, tool options (such as auto-select), context menus (such as Convert to Shape), effects (such as tilt-shift), etc. Inspirational screenshots:
