Hi all

I have been trying to make a script that will open all files in a folder but I keep getting an error that says the file is damaged or not supported. However if I open the file individually then close the program, the script will then be able open that file. This is the same for any file I have open individually in the folder. I hope to avoid having to open and close it as I have the goal of being able to use the script to slightly edit a large number of files.

Has anyone encountered this? Or has any advice?

You could open a large number (how many?, how big?) of files in a single session of PixPro in several tabs and save tabs individually to get them ready for your script. However, there is a limit (I've tried to do this) on how many files but the Pixelmator team has not responded to what those limits are. I have a Studio M1 w/32GB
