Any method for exporting a single video frame every 4 seconds?

Hi Folks

In the old photoshop, I used to load a video clip then export a series of stills. I then used these stills in a motion-graphics program. PHSP gave me the choice of how often the slice would happen. Example: 1 minute video clip; I tell it to make a series of stills one every 4 seconds. Any way to do this in Pixelmator Pro (latest version with Mac Sonoma)?
